MSC-EXOs contain different types of proteins, lipids and nucleic acids. These exosomes contain not only glycoproteins, antigen-presenting proteins, tetraspanins and MHCI/II structures similar to most exosomes, but also MSC-EXOs-specific adhesion proteins(CD73, CD44 and CD29) and surface markers(CD44, CD73, CD90).
