Mechanical cortical lesions were unilaterally performed in the adult mouse primary motor cortex (CTX). Mice were sacrificed 7- or 14-days post injury (dpi). Only the group “14 dpi + EOF2” was intranasally treated with EOF2 5 µM from the day of the injury until sacrifice.
