Monitoring the transfer of mitochondria from pre-labeled MitoTracker Red+ ADSCs into the cardiomyocytes in rat MI model. About 1 × 106 ADSCs were incorporated inside the thrombin and fibrin solution and injected into the infarct zone two weeks after LAD coronary artery ligation.
