Quantitative evaluation of the effect of ISO on the cellular source of TNTs. (A) CellTracker Green CMFDA-labeled CMs (green) and MSCs were co-cultured for 24 h, followed by WGA555 (red). TNTs derived from CMs or MSCs, which were indicated by arrow heads and arrow tips, respectively, were checked under a 40 × lens.
